A financial coaching organization was struggling to oversee coaches and guide families through a complex process.
I helped them design a software platform that made coaching clear, structured, and easier for families to follow, while giving coaches and the organization full oversight.

My Role:
As the UX design I worked with the development team to ensure that the software would be easy, intuitive and address the organization's needs it the best way.
